Blackened Whitefish

Ingredients:

1 package of whitefish (about 6 filets)
cajun seasoning
garlic salt
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil


Thaw fish and rinse. Rub in cajun seasoning and garlic salt. Let sit for ten minutes.
Add olive oil and butter to skillet, flame on high. Fry each filet for 3 minutes on each side. Serve.

I just tried this recipe for my first time ever cooking fish, and my husband said it was the best thing I've ever cooked. Also extremely fast and simple. Thanks!
